2. BSc (Post Basic) Nursing

BSc Post Basic Nursing is similar to BSc Nursing, except that this graduate program is offered to nurses who have completed the GNM programme and are registered with registered nursing councils. There are two options available for graduates to pursue this programme. A candidate can pursue either on a full time/regular mode or on part time/distance mode.
Eligibility
- A pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Science as a major stream from recognized board.
- Candidates should have completed General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) programmer or equivalent with registered Stated Nursing Council.
Course Duration
- The normal course duration for BSc Post Basic Nursing is 2 years for full-time/regular mode and 3 years for part-time/distance mode.
3. General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) is a diploma course in nursing. The GNM professionals are capable of analyzing patient reports and can assist surgeons in operation theaters. Their functional area includes medical wards, ICU, Casualty, Operation Theaters, and other departments of healthcare.
Eligibility
- The candidates who have completed 10+2 or equivalent in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects are eligible to join GNM programme.
- The age limit is set between 17 and 35, with exception of ANM/LHV professionals.

- The duration of GNM course is three and a half years
4. MSc Nursing

Auxiliary Nurse & Midwife (ANM) is a two year diploma programme in nursing recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
